This quick and tasty veggie snack will leave an impression on your taste buds, as we discovered after initially making it for the kids. In fact, they requested the avocado potato wedges three days straight. Essentially, reserve one potato for each person.

Meal Prep and Instructions:

-Slice a whole potato longitudinal from the center. Then slice each half into a quarter.

-Season as desired. We use garlic powder, thyme, sea salt, and paprika.

-Put in your air fryer for 12 minutes at 350 degrees.

-While cooking, slice avocados into thin strips.

-Remove the heated potatoes and layer with avocado until covered.

-Sprinkle with pepper and enjoy!
