As stated I’m headed out for my annual pilgrimage to rediscover life where nature dwells most prominently. This year’s journey will consist of touring Kathmandu, Nepal to trek the land by mountain bike while inheriting the spiritual inspiration of Siddhartha the Buddha since this region is his birthplace. I’m not sure what to expect or explore further, but I’m sure it’s patiently awaiting my arrival. After days of meditation, yoga and mystic writing in Nepal, I’m stopping in New Delhi to imagine the Taj Mahal in person. Toting just one backpack, I have packed only the essentials for basic human needs. Nuts, granola, reggae music, books, gear and the desire for a peaceful and kinder world devoid of prejudices, war, manipulation and cruelty to our fellow brothers and sisters as well as the sentient beings we share Planet Earth with. My goal is the continuation of ultimate enlightenment. Who would of thought a boy from the broken streets of Camden, NJ could have accomplished so much in such a short amount of time with the odds stacked against him. Reach high fellow Fit Fathers. One Love!
