Part 1
- Hit a 100 lb bag for 5 minutes
- 50 sit-ups
- 10 jump squats. Kneel until gloves touch the floor and jump straight up with gloves reaching high
- Drink water and rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of two sets
Part 2
- Jump rope for 5 minutes
- 50 sit-ups
- 50 push-ups
- Drink water and rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of two sets.
Part 3
- Take a 5-minute break and finish strong with a 1-mile run at 75%
