Fatherhood has taught me the fruits of the spirit and ensures that I practice patience, forgiveness, and charity as an example of how people should treat one another. It’s watering your seeds through spiritual guidance, emotional support, and cultural awareness while watching them flourish into a beautifully strong prince or princess.

The Fit Fathers lifestyle validates my ability to stay focused on what’s important within the family structure. It’s always challenging me to look into a mirror because a fragile young mind is continuously looking back. I choose to take that endless and unpredictable journey with my children — filled with many joys and some pain — yet establishing an unbreakable bond and purposeful relationship. Of course, the goal is for them to become inspired by the tutelage and later pass down to their kids and relationships.
