1 cup of raw cashews

1 tsp of no salt seasoning
1 tbsp of red miso paste
Blend all ingredients.

4 cups of cauliflower florets
1 cup of peas
1/2 red onion sliced
1/4 cup of green onions
1 cup of baby bella mushrooms
