Fun and educational at the same time, your youth will love this chance to improve his or her mountain bike skills over small obstacles and on the trails.

Skills Competition

Team XXL hosts the official Summer Festival Skills Competition featuring the following:

Bunny Hop- We have to kick off the skills competition with a crowd favorite as riders compete to see who can successfully jump their bike over the tallest height.

Wheelie Contest- Are you a master of riding with just the rear tire on the ground?  This competition will find out who is the best.

Skinny Skills- Can you ride in a straight line?  This competition will test your biking balance.  Expect some twist and turns, so ignore the straight line part.

Log Hop- Name says it all.  Who can hop the largest log? (Ramp Fairies need not apply)

We ask that you pre-register for theses events so that we can schedule enough classes to give everyone- including youth of course – a fair competition. Awards will be presented for the top 3 riders of each class.

Potluck Lunch

MORE’s Summer Festival is a great time to socialize at potluck lunch. MORE provides the main course of hotdog and hamburgers on the grill and ask that you bring a side dish as your “entrance fee” to the event. So, what about refreshments? Oskar Blues has you covered and will be serving a variety of their crowd pleasing cold ones.

Pre-registration is appreciated so we can ensure we order enough food for everyone. RSVP at
