The first and most effective strategy for reshaping your butt is to start performing proper weightlifting workouts.
To focus the lower portion of the butt the goal here is to lift the muscles. When completing “Step-ups” always make sure your feet are shoulder width apart. Secondly, ascertain your plant foot is placed center on the elevated object (bench or stepper). The higher the step you use throughout the exercise the more you’ll be targeting the glutes, so really try to push yourself here.
Attempt 3 sets of 20 reps per leg and concentrate on technique and not speed. Remember, your plan is to sculpt!
