On any given day of the year he is known as the Commander in Chief, but today we will refer to him as Mr. Fit Father. Here we have President Barack Obama and his daughter Malia enjoying a leisurely bike ride on Treks while vacationing on the island of Martha’s Vineyard. As daunting and consuming as the job of running the United States is, President Obama still makes effort to spend quality time with his children while showing them that exercise is a much needed component to reviving the body and relieving the mind. He is doing an excellent job in our book.
