It’s no secret that the outliers at Fit Fathers are nutritionally intoxicated. Our hangovers stem from long miles on tracks and early hours at the gym. It’s the mantra for an overall, life-enhancing health formula. For that reason when any of us return back home we connect with the community on a higher level than what we were previously accustomed to.
Our most recent outing was in Voorhees, NJ for an amazing metabolic track and football Social Workout at the educational establishment where many of our records were shattered, Eastern Regional High School. So we met up with friends from the neighborhood to see who still had game. Led by Nutrition and Fitness Technician Kimatni D. Rawlins the 90-minute routine consisted of the following:
- 1-mile warm-up
- jump rope
- slam ball drills
- dips, sit ups, push ups and ab work
- wind sprints
- 60 yard interception return drills
- 30 yard squat jumps
- 1-mile cool down
Keep in mind, the bar isn’t the only place to catch up for laughs and memories with your old pals!
