-1 bottle of Dave’s Gourmet Red Heirloom Pasta Sauce -2/3 cup of Go Veggie Mozzarella Cheese -2/3 cup of Go Veggie Cheddar Cheese -1 cup of cooked lentil beans or (mix it in the pasta sauce) or 1 package of tofurky meat stir fried (optional) -1 cup of raw broccoli -Cooked spinach -jalapeño peppers -basil, oregano, thyme, parsley

If you do not want to use fake meat substitutes then the best alternatives to make your sauces meatier is with cooked lentils. Mix pasta sauce with cooked lentils or tofurky meat and the seasonings. Layer pasta mix and broccoli with Go Veggie cheese mix, spinach and cooked lasagna pasta and then sprinkle basil, oregano, thyme, parsley Cook for 1 hour on 350 degrees.
